What is lease administration software?
Lease administration software is a shared system of record for the leases a company holds: the locations, the agreements behind them, the critical dates in each one, the documents that support them, and the people responsible for acting. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-inbox approach most teams start with, once a portfolio grows past a handful of sites.
Who is Lizio for?
Lizio is built for the tenant side: companies that lease the offices, stores, warehouses, and sites they operate from. It is not a landlord, brokerage, or property management tool. Typical users are workplace, real estate, finance, and legal teams looking after anywhere from ten to several hundred locations across countries.
Can I bring my existing leases into Lizio?
Yes. Most teams arrive with a spreadsheet and a folder of PDFs. Lizio provides a CSV template: fill it with your existing records and import it instead of retyping, or create each location and lease directly with its key dates and parties, then attach the documents that belong to it. The portfolio does not need to be complete or perfectly clean before you start; records can be filled in as you go.
Where is my data stored?
On EU-region infrastructure. Access is scoped to your organization and enforced at the database layer, so one organization’s records are never visible to another. Deleted locations stay recoverable for 30 days, and permanent deletion asks for explicit confirmation.
How do roles and permissions work?
There are four roles. Viewer is read-only. Member handles day-to-day portfolio changes. Admin manages company settings and the team. Owner holds ownership, billing, and the ability to delete the organization. That lets you give stakeholders the visibility they need without handing them edit rights.
What does Lizio cost, and is there a trial?
Plans start at €79 per month for up to 50 active leases, and scale with your portfolio and team. Every plan begins with 30 days free, no credit card is required to start, and you can cancel at any time.
What is the difference between lease administration and lease accounting?
Lease accounting produces the numbers auditors need under IFRS 16 or ASC 842. Lease administration is the operational side: knowing what you signed, what is coming up, who owns it, and where the document is. Lizio does lease administration, which is also the accurate underlying data any accounting process depends on.
